actually porcelain skin looks better with a deep brunette walnut color hair. If you go blonde, put some low lights in it. Porcelain is very white and pale and sometimes being blonde washes this person out.

yes, think of a porcelain doll...if someone said you have porcelain skin, you have a VERY light skin tone.
i'm not sure if you would look good w/ blonde hair, i can't see the tone of your skin (pink or gold). what color is your hair naturally?? if its some shade of blonde or dark blonde, then sure, but if you have very dark hair, brown eyes, and light skin, chances are you'll look better darker.

Yes porcelain skin = a fair skin tone.
Blond hair may work w/ it so long as the hair tone (pale & cool vs. warm & caramel) complements the skin tone.
Consider the intensity of the eye & brow color. e.g. If you have deep brown eyes & medium/dark brows choose a richer, more caramel brown.

Fair or Ivory. Blond hair on a very fair person could look very washed out, if that is not your normal color hair. Maybe some blond highlights in your current hair color.

Yes, I would consider that to be fair skin. I would'nt go blond all at once. It might make you look washed out. Start with highlights and gradually add more until you decide wether or not you like it

Yes, porcelain is a fair skin tone. I think you would probably do well with any hair color except for orangey red.

i think it would look ok if u didn't go really blonde. maybe even brown with blonde highlights or something like that. u dont want to look albino (not that people with light skin and hair look albino, but u no wat i mean...)
