POSSIBLY NEON green, blue, purple, pink...those kinds of colors...any1 have an example or picture???

In order to achieve those colors on black hair you must bleach your hair to white, the lightest tone of blond you can get from bleach. Then you apply the color of your choice.
Several companies make fun hair colors, so check the web. Read what they say about their products and FOLLOW the directions!
