there is special type of products everywhere so they do include oil or cream to apply and if you just get wax, first spread it wherever you want to apply but it should be little bit hot or else it will be more sticky and it will hurt, second after you spread get like a cloth but it should be like certain type of material the easiest way is that i cut a medium range of it from like old jeans so i have always used a jeans material and finally wash it apply oil or cream.

The easiest thing to do is to get the pre-waxed strips & follow the directions on the insert. e.g. Sally Hansen, Parissa

You press the pre-waxed strip on & rub it in the direction of the hair growth. Then hold the skin taut & pull the strip off in the direction OPPOSITE of the hair growth.

The kits sometimes come w/ wax removal oil. Keep a bottle of baby oil handy to remove excess wax.

There are kits that have a pot of wax you can heat in the microwave & apply w/ a spatula. They work well but can be messy. The package insert will have diagrams, etc. to help you. This type of wax can also be removed w/ baby oil.
