u shud really wash it every other day but moisturize with conditioner so it doznt break a lot..let it be normal without any chemicals and oily moisturizers/hot oil treatments (WARM some olive oil in a saucer in the microwave and apply for 30 mints and wash out completely, follow with conditioner.) or deep conditioners every other week or every week will REALLY help!!

Biolage makes "Bio-Silk",,,, and its good. And I would avoid shampooing (for example): If you shampoo on Mond.
try again on Wednesday...then Friday..... Then try to avoid it all week end,,,,just use scrunchies,,,,or clips,,,, get it wet in the shower, and put it back in a scrunchy. or a big clip ??
And to Condition the hair on the other days, with a good moisture leave - in one.... like "Treatment and Shine" by Fermodyl..... use the Pink one, its very concentrated, and works best when put into a squirt bottle, and mist into the hair, its also a great de-tangler.... smells great too !!!
If you use a daily moistruizer, you may experience some build-up problems..... be careful there. The Pink Fermodyl, will not build up, as its a leave-in cond. + moisturizer + detangler...all in one application.... its wonderful stuff.
Also don't forget to trim the ends about once a month, and take off about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch....just a good basic trim. This also helps the hair to grow ,,,and look healthy. Try to avoid blow drying, and hot curling irons..... unless your using a good thermal styler product.

Unless you work in construction or another profession where your hair gets very dirty, wash no oftener than once a week. Even water damages hair. The products I recommend are sold only in salons, called Nexus. They are the best products made in my experience. Have the salon take a look at your hair and advise you which of the Nexus products to use. Do stop using straightener, it is the most caustic product to use on human hair. Straightening only needs to be done once every 6 to 8 weeks. That is what is breaking your hair. Have your straightening done by a salon with a lot of experience for the best results.

Trivia: the natural oils from your scalp are the best for your hair. It is actually good for your hair to go as long as 2, 3, or even more years between shampoos. Really!

wash every other day.
Mix avocodo and olive oil together. Put it in your hair and leave it there for a while then wash out.
