Dress to Impress generally means there will be a dress code enforced. The safe bet would be no jeans, no t-shirts, no sneakers, no sports apparel, no hats. For guys a collared shirt is usually necessary.

I would say you should probably wear a nice cocktail dress. Not a gown, a dress. You are also going to need some heels. You could even wear some nice slacks with a nice blouse.

It means to dress up.like maybe one of those cute dresses from Deb. Not the prom dress type but the beach like type. Dont lower your standards and dress revealinglyto imress tho. Its not worth it!=) hope that helps!
