Use tied to go. It usually works on stains old or new and it isn't harsh on clothes like bleach.

I think I understand this. You washed the shirt and color from another article of clothing bled onto the shirt? If that's the case, try soaking the shirt in white vinegar. That's the advice I received when red bled onto some of my clothes, including my favorite pair of khakis. Now I use vinegar and water mixture for stain removal in my laundry. That and putting liquid detergent directly on the spot, too. That's usually effective.

Also, when you wash the shirt again, don't send it through the dryer unless the stand is for sure out. You might have to air dry it first.

Please don't use bleach. That is intended for whites only (and even not all whites). It will wash out both colors and turn the shirt a funky drab color.

If the shirt was originally white, bleach should work - but if there is any other color in the shirt you won't want to use it. You can try using some sort of cleaner with "Oxy" - that works for my clothes.
