Can anyone give me a short, detailed summary of the first part of the trilogy (Oedipus Rex)? I have read the book but I am still unsure of some parts and would like to make sure I am getting the essense of the book correctly. Just Oedipus Rex.

I am an actor and I have an audition tomorrow. My chords are unusually tight and phlegmy, causing me to crack like crazy... and yes, I'm supporting everything correctly. I know everyone says to drink tea... but does anyone have any suggestions that are a little more specific? What about throat sprays for a quick fix?

... I am looking for reactions from people who saw this play back in 1981. It is part of my research for a college project. The play was about witches, and was performed in the former wax museum in Pioneer Square, Seattle, as well as in part of the "underground". Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!

I will be finishing my drama degree in the next year. I want to move to L.A. to further my career. What is it like living in L.A.? I am from a very small town in Arizona. What's the best area to live in (i.e. closest to auditions and stuff). Should I look for a roomate or go it alone?

I sent photos to their agency and they sent me a contract packet through the mail and I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of them before me and my parents fill out the information and send it back to them. I have to make a short (2 minutes long) film based on the above quote.
Can anyone explain the meaning in VERY simple terms or any themes for the film that echo the sentiments.
