hey there! well currently i live in a southamerican country, and ive been studying acting and modeling since i was very young, im about to finish school and go to the US cause im american and stuff. And im going to LA, hollywood to see if i have a future in either modeling or acting. I have been modeling kinda profesionaly, and have acted in many plays, school plays etc. Im really good at it, but i need to know what am i sopposed to do to start, advice! please some tips...i really AM going to make it, i know it wont be easy, but i like a challenge.

I'm trying out for a community play of disneys 'high school musical' this is my first time auditioning for anything. Im in my schools choir where i sing alto. I'm not auditioning for any specific part. Does anybody have any song ideas that i could use for auditioning?

Ok. i Have A piano COmpetition Coming Up! im not sure when, but im guessing in about 2 or 3 weeks. im allowed to practice neime i want, but then again is there such thing as to much practice. huh. how much should i practice? i am playing an easy minuet song that i have perfected and memorized but i still gotta keep practicing! so help.and ne other tips would be great!

I really want to be a model and I want to take classes to be prepared and I have been thinking I should go to John robert powers cuz they have modeling classes but I don't know the requirement for getting into thoses classes.And I'm going there to check it out and see if they will accept me. But I heard all over the internet that it's a scam. If I go there for the first time to see if they will accept me into the classes will they give me an interview or ask qusetions on why i want to be a model. I need help from people that have actually gone there.

I have a really big part in this school play and I have the hardest time memorizing my lines! What is an easy way to remember them? What's your best advice for a 23-year old BA (Sociology) graduate with little-to-no prior acting experience? I was just too scared to start earlier. How do I accumulate enough experience/ stage credits in time for an acting school or university program to give me a second look (i.e. before I round the bend into late 20s/early 30s)? How do I approach an application to such a school having next to nothing credits-wise? Are there any worthwhile 1-2 year programs, or university programs, that would be a possibility for me? I'm in a class right now through local theatre, but they do not offer full-fledged programs.

I heard that this is one of THE places to train if you want to make it big on Broadway. I'm considering applying, because I think I could make it. However, is it really worthwhile? Or, are there other perfessional training institutes I should be looking at?
