Hard to do better than the first scene between Biff and Happy in "Death of a Salesman." It's the scene where Biff describes his restlessness, and how much he's moved around over the years.

There is a good scene between Hap and Biff in Death of a Salesman
Also, I believe that is a great scene between father and son in All My Sons
All My Sons is an incredible show and I personally like it better than Salesman. It is done less, so there's less of a chance that someone else will pick a scene from it.
