my school is having a spring musical. i really want to try out, but i know i don't have the best singing voice, but no one has ever told me i sing BAD. i think i am good at singing slow songs that don't go to low or too high. do you have any tips for preparing???? also, any tips about singing in general?

I need to find professional journals, magazines, catalogs and web sites that contain ads and listings for products that go into producing a school musical. How do you get your set design ideas? How do you come up with choreography? Basically, what is the one-source shopping for this stuff? Is it through trade shows? Conferences?

I am NOT looking for a list of links that are the result of an uninformed Yahoo Search. I'd like real leads to real resources that real theater teachers use.

I am doing m senior project on film production. Frank Capra Jr lives in the same town as me and my mentor is going to see if i can interview him.

I'm having trouble thinking of questions to ask. My 3 prongs are pre-production, production, and post production. My A's and B's are going to be things like casting, special effects, and editing.

We're going to New York in March - it's our first time and we're so excited! We want to see The Phantom of the Opera...what are some good seats? They have Orchestra seats in the very back, left and right Orchestra seats a couple rows back, and they're sold out for the first balcony. We can't afford $200 tickets!

My voice just can't reach high note, i attended vocal workshop and the vocal coach said that i'm not a bass, yet he says that i don't sounds like a bass... He said that i need at least 5 to 6 years for my voice to settle down... Yet my voice has already cracked since i was 12, and now i'm already 19... Every time i try to reach high note, my voice is like struggling to reach the note i wanted. What should i do? How can i make my voice reach high note?

Hi, I am trying to get into acting. Throughout my research I have read that your headshot is VERY important. What is the best way to do it? Should I have both a black & white and a color? Or should I just have one? Should I smile or look serious? I have modeled for 12 years and have a wide variety of photos. I think i may do a new shoot for this one though. Any suggestions?

OK.....I'm doing sound for the school UIL contest play THE WOMEN OF LOCKERBIE and I need to find a website which I can download sounds of Church Bells ringing, wind blowing, and a stream. I have looked at all of the music stores in my city and I can't find anything not "enhanced with music". Someone please give me a good website to find these. I need them asap. Hi, Well i am interested in becoming an actress. It has been something I have wanted to do for a long, long time. I have this one major problem though. The problem is how do i get started?
I need to know what to do in order to persue my career. I need steps of what to do in order to become an actress, the basic things to be aware of, how to contact talents agents(good agencies), how to build up my resume'. As you can see I need to know everything. I know you might not be able to answer all of my questions but any advice or anything will help.
