There is a musical number from "The Full Monty" called 'Michael Jordan's Ball'. A group of manly guys are having trouble learning a dance routine. When it's broken down into basketball plays, suddenly the men understand the steps! It's very funny!

I agree with "Take Me Out" (TONY best play, 2003) but also there is "The Championship Season" about basketball (TONY best play, 1973).
