Just relax... don't go over your audition piece to much.
Don't drink any bubbles (soda, etc....) Drink lots of water. Go out there and have a great audition. Show the judges your confidence.

Have you seen the movie with Rick Moranis from the 80's? Maybe hire it and watch how the actress in that movie played Audrey. There are a lot of quirky songs so practice singing in a bit of a cute Audrey voice.

First off I have to say I love that movie (awsome).
When you audition for something that is movie use it to your advantage . Watch it to get yourself in the mood and to help understand your character. Practice the lines you need to know, and watch yourself in the mirror to make sure your getting facial exprecions and body language right, and most importantly don't stress.
and a little note make sure you have plenty to eat that day and go to the restroom before the auditions. It cuts back on the nerves when you don't have to worry about a growling stomach or a weak bladder.
GOOD LUCK!!!! relax and have fun

The biggest mistake people make when playing Audrey, is to play her like a tramp. She's not a tramp!! She's naive and because she's been treated badly her whole life, will succumb to the "boss" in her life. She dresses "trampy" because she doesn't have a lot of money and thinks it looks good.
Moreover, she's a very good girl who's been treated very badly. Play the pain, not the sluttiness.

First of all, next time, don't ask the night before. Ask several months or at least several weeks in advance. At thispoint you don't really have time to do much.
I would recommend studying Uta Hagen's "Respect for Acting" carefully. This method and its ideas won't help much for your audition tomorrow, but they will greatly improve your next performances.
