What question would you ask a famous director if you had the chance?

I am doing m senior project on film production. Frank Capra Jr lives in the same town as me and my mentor is going to see if i can interview him.

I'm having trouble thinking of questions to ask. My 3 prongs are pre-production, production, and post production. My A's and B's are going to be things like casting, special effects, and editing.

What questions should I ask.

What inspired you to become a director? When did you first start directing? What was your favorite show to direct and why?

What do you look for in someone when casting? What draws you to a person while casting? Do you believe that editing is hard or do you see it is an enjoyable challenge or neither?

i am a journalist and i may help , first you should ask him about his background and how he started this business ( let him talk most of people love to do that ) . the second thing that you should do is to change the environment into more friendly way so he can be comfortable .
one important thing is what his views in directions . you should really read about him before the interview .
how he do it ,does he believe in certain elements that makes a film a masterpiece .
try asking him this " why is direction your passion
