I sent photos to their agency and they sent me a contract packet through the mail and I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of them before me and my parents fill out the information and send it back to them. THis being a contract packet, once i sign it does this bind me to their agency? thanks

Unless a modeling agency is in New York City, chances are, it's a scam, they want to charge you a lot of money to "learn" to model.
Legitimate Modeling Agencies NEVER charge money to the prospective model/actor. NEVER!
Unless you are in NYC you will run into scam after scam. The modeling industry outside of NYC is filled with scam companies.
Be aware. NEVER PAY TO BECOME A MODEL.
Legitimate modeling agencing pay the model!
if you want to "try" to model, you have to live in NYC.
