I am an actor and I have an audition tomorrow. My chords are unusually tight and phlegmy, causing me to crack like crazy... and yes, I'm supporting everything correctly. I know everyone says to drink tea... but does anyone have any suggestions that are a little more specific? What about throat sprays for a quick fix?

You'll hear many versions of the Hot water-honey-lemon drink. Lots of water will help. Drink 50% of your weight in ounces in a 24 hour period. (weight = 200, water = 100 ounces.) Do not eat potatoes, simple carbohydrates, or especially cheese and dairy products. They are the phlem builders.

positioned a pan of water on the range and get it boiling. do away with it, sit down the pan on the table and make a tent over your head and the pan with a towel and breath interior the steam. it is going to help get issues shifting and get your nostril working. in case you have any Vicks Vapo Rub, positioned a spoonful of that into the boiling water and enable it soften. Or in case you have any needed oils like lavender, eucalyptus positioned that into the water. in case you may get your sinuses to start working, it may help with the earache. do no longer take Nyquil anymore, attempt taking a antihistamine with a nasal decongestant like Claritin D or Alavert D. Take some ibruprofen for the ear discomfort.

"Singer's Saving Grace" herbal throat spray

I've seen a similar product at Whole Foods stores, in the checkout aisle. Tastes terrible, but it works!
