i've been seeing this guy i really liked for less than two months. the thing is, he's trying to move the relationship really quickly (no sex, but everything before it). he talks about still being together in the future and such but when he describes what he likes about me, it's only physical characteristics. is this guy actually a keeper, or is he only interested in being physical?

My mortgage was sold in June 2007 to a new lender. Of course, I'd already sent my payment to the old lender. Well, now my old lender is withholding my June payment from the new lender for reasons beyond me. As a result, every payment that I make (which has been on time) is appearing as 30 days late because they are applying it to the previous month. I have faxed proof of payment to my new lender who has been trying to contact the old lender but keeps getting the "we're sending it out today" story. I make countless weekly calls to both companies speaking with various "managers and supervisors" to no avail. My new company states they may have to advance payment to my account and go directly after old lender but seems to be dragging their feet about it. As a result my credit score is falling. I just don't know what to do at this point and neither company is really helping me. Does anyone have any advice? Do I need to take legal action? All advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Since i have been at college, I am a freshman, I have been hanging out with this girl. She is the first girl that I would say I have truly been friends with. However since Ive met her she has been in a relationship with a guy from another college. They have "taken breaks" and during those breaks we have hooked up. Finally, they broke up for good about two weeks ago. Now I am wondering what to do. It is obvious that we both like each other and I know I have to give her time because she had been dating that guy for three years. But, she is a girl that I can definitley see myself in a relationship with. But I also dont want to ruin our friendship

I always thought job hopping was a negative, but my husband has a friend who never stays at a job for more than like 3 months. She gets a job and after about 2 months starts looking for a different one. The thing is, new places keep hiring her, so apparently the job hopping is not affecting her negatively. I have jobs I've stayed at for a year and when I have interviews they ask me why I was there such a short time. My husband's friend works places for 3 months at a time and has no trouble moving to something new. Then my husband was like, "her resume must look incredible". But I always thought job hopping was considered a negative thing.

First you should know a little bit about my cycle...
I have a perfect 32 day cycle, with my last period being on November 25th. I BD 15th-17th of December. My period is due the 27th.

I have Interstitial Cystitis. It's a bladder condition, which basically consists of many many many Urinary Tract Infections. Interstitial Cystitis tends to coincide with a woman's menstrual cycle. For me, my symptoms flare up right after ovulation, up until my period ends.

According to my doctor, during pregnancy with Interstitial Cystitis, symptoms can either halt completely or get much worse. I have no symptoms of my disease this month

I don't have any other pregnancy symptoms, aside from my lack of symptoms.

We pulled names in our family as secret santa to purchase one person a gift. Me and my husband are on a tight budget and purchased our gifts as gift cards $15 - $ 25 dollars. When I presented my gift to my person, she was upset cause the amount was not $50 dollars and up. I told her that I was on a budget and if she did not like it, to give it back. The reason I said this was because while I step out the house for a while, she discussed her issue with other family members and not me. She kept saying that the least was $50.00 and If I couldn't afford it, I should not have participated. I told her I did not know that the least was $50. Me and my husband was upset cause we had already told her about our situation. Then she just started talking about it with the family. I was so upset that I told her that I thought she was being silly, immature, and ungrateful. I also told her that I would never pull names again with her. Was I too mean? I feel bad.

I have the Moto Rizr with T-Mobile.. and I was wondering if there's an additional fee if you connect your phone to your computer with a USB cord. And then sync it so that you upload videos/music FROM your computer TO the phone. Is it free? I thought it was, because it's your own music/videos and you're not buying it. My dad says it costs. how do you overcome a restraining order if you feel the other girl wants to see you? we had a breakup and got into a huge fight - she cheated and i said some thing like threatening to go to her ex husband where she would lose her custody.i didn't mean it. before we had the chance to talk about it - she filed a temporary restraining order. the argument was over another guy she began seeing while she was with me for two months. i went over to her place when i wasn't supposed to so i could pour my heart out, and was afraid i was losing her to the other guy. she called the police. the restraining order went permanent. in the last four months, she has heard through friends why our relationship fell apart and now she understands and wishes she could see me, but she's very scared of losing custody b/c if she drops the restraining order, her ex will use it against her in her current custody battle. what could i do in this situation b/c i still love her?

What do you think and suggest from your past? Do they really change if they confess.

My 2 years bf started cheating on me and he was sleeping around with that horrible girl. I really feel awful, but after I found, I said I am going to call her to find the truth.
He broke up with me that night. I was mentally depressed, not yet recovered, a year now. He still calls me and says, what a terrible mistake he did.

He broke up with that girl because the girl turned out to be a bad girl, sleeping around with many guys before..etc

What do you think about this person?

i think its cuz we're filipino

but i heard that you're supposed to acutally calculate the tip for the waiter...

ive only heard that this year (im 16) so me and my family always tips 1-3 dollers depending on how good the service was. is this bad and or inconsiderate?
