are you talking marriage?> there are a lotta factors: age , how long u've been dating and such. but if u rly like this person give it time, and after a few years if ur parents still disapprove then i'd say screw that and go on w/ ur love.

how old are you? did your grandparents restrict your parents? yes its hard to go against your parents, but you have to live your own life. as long as theres no "harm" created from this relationship, go for it!! remind your parents they have made mistakes, and will continue to do so. sometimes that makes them sit back and think. hope it works!
