Perhaps because you have them on display. Mormons have very strict rules about modesty, as a Mormon woman I have to wear tops which are not low cut, and have sleeves, so that neither my cleavage nor my shoulders are on display. If these lads are from Utah they will rarely have seen a woman in a low-cut strappy top. If you are indeed slutty, I should imagine their eyes would be out on stalks.
Have a heart. These are nineteen year old boys far from home. Cover yourself up, for goodness' sake.
