I heard that in Russia, the legal age to have sex is 13? Why is that?

I groom dogs for a living and I love it! What I don't love is people who treat the grooming shop like a daycare facility. If I tell a client that their dog will be ready for pick up at 1:00, they often do not show up until 3:00-4:00, etc. Once my day is done, I want to leave. Often I habg around for a couple of extra hours because 1 poor dog has not yet been picked up.
I try to tell clients that they need to come within an hour of the dog being ready but I often get stuck...
So...I am considering adding and extra charge if the dog is not picked up within an hour of completion (unless previous arrangements have been made - I am not heartless).
How do you deal with it? I am afraid I am being too accomodating and I am getting fed up now. I have been in business at the same location for the past 5 years and feel that I am being taken advantage of.

My friends and I went to see the new Will Smith movie tonight and we had to get our money back and leave (along with a whole bunch of other people) because there was a group of like 5 black kids that were making too much noise.

The thing is - the manager refused to go up and tell the kids to be quiet or leave... he was utterly terrified of having a confrontation with them.

If the noisey kids had been white, he wouldn't have hesitated and they would have quieted down right away.

I told them to shut up (and they didn't) but it should have been the manager.

What makes someone so scared of black people that they won't even try to do their job whereas black folks are involved?

Ok, so he was my first kiss and then we started dating. He was acting like the perfect boyfriend, teasing me, asking me about my self, ect. ect. and recently he is pretty much ignoring me. I know this sounds insane, but i need info on whether i can buy a car with no credit. I have $4,000 for the down payment and i have estimated the monthly payments for the car which comes around $300 monthly. I estimated the APR to be 10% as well but is this even possible, and yes i will be able to pay off the car monthly and the insurance (which i estimate to be $400). I will have a job that will still leave me with $200 left over. Any clue if i can do this or have to be cosigned?

We are planning for a tour around Europe during end March / early April 2008. We are planning to visit Germany, France, UK and if possible to Netherlands. This is a prelim plan only.

Cool. My questions:
What visa can help me to enter all these places? Do we separate visas for each country? What if we wish to have multiple entry to some country?
Is it possible to drive between countries? How does the Rent a car feasible to drive? Or is there a road / rail transport available to move between countries? Please guide me with some websites if possible.
To drive in the UK, do we need any special Licence? It's right hand drive there.

I set up my network already and the ps3 can see the laptop and everything. and i made media sharing enabled.
the problem is that when i try to choose the video on the ps3 that is on my laptop, it wont play. it says that there is a network error. same goes for my pictures which i cant view on my ps3. however i can play music from my laptop on my ps3.
so how come the music works, but i cant view my pictures or videos?

I had my husband arrested tonight for hitting our 4 year old in the face really hard and leaving welts where his fingers were.

This is the first time he ever did it, but I panicked and I didn't want a second time, so I called the cops on him right away and he has been arrested.

My family, his family, everyone seems to think I should have just talked to him about it. We've been married for years now and I've never seen him act this way before, but it scared me enough to want to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Was I wrong for calling him him? I feel like I've ruined his life now and that I should feel guilty about it- but I feel like if I hadn't done it, then I would have been being a bad mom and not protecting my child.
