I would like to go tanning since i'm pale white, but i have two arm bands. Should I cover then up with something like duck tape or should i let them be? I'd like to try going a couple times a week, but the last thing i want is for them to fade! Any help is great. Thanks

How many games do you have on the Wii, and how many controllers?

I bought mine today, and i only have Wii sports, and one controller. I will buy another controller later on, probably, but i dunno about a game, if im gonna get it soon.

Here's the thing that perplexes me. From an evolutionary standpoint it would be impossible for homosexuality to be genetic. Those that don't reproduce don't pass on their genes. It would have to be a very short lived gene mutation if that were true. By this logic, it must be a choice.

A little while ago someone posted a question asking whether any senior citizens planned to improve their educations through online sources.

I read a lot of QA over in the astronomy section. After I considered the question a bit I visited Astronomy to reassure myself online information sources allow us to really do some serious learning.

Here are a couple of questions that jumped out at me:

"Why are objects tilted when I look through the eyepiece on my telescope?"

"Are the planets in space like earth as far as having a cold North Pole and Hot South Pole?"

Good for a laugh or two this cold night. And the first one has a lot of potential for deep philosophic ponderings tomorrow while I try to build up the will-power to get out from under the covers.

Shouldn't anyone who can answer that second question be awarded an online degree?

I know for the most part alot of cars have engine components that restricts the car from breathing better which decrease horsepower and torgue. I wanted to know if you change parts on the car(intake/exhaust)etc to help it breath better and more efficently, will it increase your cars horsepower and torque?

...it appears as though someone put a time limit on the question process? Some questions seem to make absolutely no sense, are poorly worded, have every other word misspelled, and have impossible grammar. Are people not aware that they can take time to reread their question, correct spelling errors and make sure the question makes sense? Is this just an example of the direction our society is headed; that more and more of us don't know or care how ignorant we really sound?

Me and my boyfriend broke up 3 weeks ago. i can count down the hrs, minutes and seconds but i'm not going to. but anyway. we talked about getting back together and decided aginst it as we are 14 and want to be friends. i'm extremly happy and grateful that we are as good of friends as we still are(walk to classes together, hang out, talk on aim all the time). but today, for some dumb reason, when i knew that i wasnt over him yet, not even close to being over him, i looked at some old convos we had had on aim. things like the first time he did the <3 thing to me, and telling me i'm awesome, and that i was the best present ever, things like that. and i have been crying ever since. i cant stand it anymore. what are some things that i can do to try and get over him???? and dont include getting a new bf, thats not gonna happen for awhile.

I am starting a petition to ban pain clinic doctors from prescribing deadly combinations of medication such as methadone and oxyconton or methadone and xanax. These so called patients go in, pay a fee, get their scrips and are on there way. Then they sell them to people to make money for their next visit. So many people are dying from these combinations. I have a friend whom I have communicated with since middle school and we get together a few times during the year. A few years ago she was getting married and asked me to be in her wedding. The wedding never took place though. Now I am getting married and do not want to ask her to be a bridesmaid, but I know she assumes she is going to be one. I want her to be part of the wedding but I think asking her to do something else will only be an insult. im 17 my father commited suicide 3 weeks ago it still so fresh to me and some parts of me feel that hes still here while other parts of me wish i could have done something to prevent it. now that hes gone i try to be strong when im around people, but when im by my self i break down. sometimes im numb to the fact that hes gone and i act like nothing happend..i miss him so much that sometimes i think that i would be willing to take my own life just to be with him again.. but hell whos to say when we die we reunite with our loved ones whos to say that we just dont lie in box internally until we eventually rot.. and thats it .. thats the end .. but he was all i knew for most of my life and theres still so much i need him for still .. anywho my question is ARE MY FEELINGS RIGHT NOW normal?
