I'm looking to get one of those chargers that you plug into the wall that charges AAA and AA batteries. I know companies like Sony, Duracell, and Energizer make these.

Anyone know which is the best?

I've asked this question before and got both a yes and a no. It seems that realtors responded with a yes and individualls responded with a no. I found the property and this is not our first house. I am also a very good negotiator on price.

1. What would a realtor bring to the table for me that would earn them 3% - approx. $20,000?

2. Is it true that the seller has already signed a contract with their realtor agreeing to pay them 6% to be split with the buyer's realtor no matter what...meaning if the buyer doesn't use a realtor that the seller's realtor gets to keep the full 6% thereby not giving the buyer any additional leverage on price?

A man returned home from the night shift and went straight up to the bedroom. He found his wife with the sheet pulled over her head, fast asleep. Not to be denied, the horny husband crawled under the sheet and proceeded to make love to her. Afterward, as he hurried downstairs for something to eat, he was startled to find breakfast on the table and his wife pouring coffee.

Alright, way back when I was in 10th grade, I had a relationship with a girl, which ended simply because the year had finished for the summer (stupid, I know). Nothing bad happened between us whatsoever, as it was a very innocent first relationship for both of us, however throughout the last two years of school, we'd occasionally flirt, but left it at nothing more than that.

Last week, I ran into her, and all of a sudden all the feelings I had for her came back. It was obvious that we both we're flirting with each other throughout the entire conversation, and I was going to attempt to see if I could sit down and talk with her about the past. But there's a slight problem: she's moving to Scotland for the next university semester... and I said I would come visit her (which, I will).

Am I crazy to think that there's a possibility for me to start something with her once again, or am I reading into what may be nothing more than harmless flirting, way too deep? Is a second shot possible?

Christ was NAILED to the cross. The nails did NOT go into his palms. They went into his wrists...which were considered part of the hand in that time/place...as most people consider their ankle to be part of their foot even today. I want to know if any of you would know if there is a certain brand of St Johns Wart that is better? I heard that some have certain bad chemicals in it. How do I find out and do any of you have any kind of proof that it is really good for your body. I know it does work to enhance your mood if you have a mild depression or anxiety, just want to know if any of you have heard about bad chemicals being added?

Or do you have another herbal remedy that will do the same thing as St. Johns Wart that doesn't have any bad chemicals?

Why do people get offended when you ask questions meant to get people to think? Why would people file a violation when you asking about tubing & AI & MATCHING?" Why is the subject of selective breeding and culling a litter or a part of a litter such taboo?
Why would puppymiller and BYB's take offense to being called out for what they are?
And really, what would be the issue with asking, "Which end bites???" When you are just trying to make a point about how little people seem to know about dogs?

I got out of an 11 year relationship about 3-4 months ago and then got into a rebound relationship shortly after. Well it wasn't a rebound for me but he broke up w/ me so I guess it turned out that way. I still miss him and want him back but he doesn't seem to want anything to do w/ me or at least for right now.
Anyhow... I am really AFRAID of being alone. I am 26 years old and havn't been alone... really.... ever.
I feel that this is happening to make me stronger but at the same time I really don't feel like I can handle it right now. I get severe panic & anxiety. I don't like to be alone. I don't have friends and little contact w/ family. My ex-bf of 11 years and I are keeping contact and are best friends and he is the only glue holding me together right now. Things just did not work out w/ us.
So... I understand WHY God is handing this to me right now but I honestly don't feel equipped to handle it and often hav thoughts of suicide.... will God hand me something I can't handle?

...that Jesus' mother upon learning that the Jews were seeking to kill her son took Jesus and fled to the safety of Egypt. Egypt is not a safe place for a Jew today. The fact is his mother took him to Eqypt because she was the pharoah of Egypt. That wouyld mean Jesus was safe bevause he was not a Jew and was allowed to live in the pharoahs palace.

I am currently using a GeForce 7500le and i can hardly play test drive and the graphics card waz in shock when i tried to click on NFS Carbon so if i buy 2x 8500gts can i put the graphics to max on test drive and will it run smooth and will it wrk with other l8 games plz answer,is this the right thing to do ?

My grandma who i loved dearly passed away on Saturday.Her funeral is Thursday and i'm debating on whether or not i should take pictures, i don't want to look morbid.
