Try putting them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, that should help.

Think of the method of unmolding Jello from a stubborn mold......

Fill your kitchen sink with hot water and gently dip the bottom of the pan into the hot water, being careful to not get water on your bars.......Try about 30 seconds to start, and see if that loosens them enough......if may take a couple "dips", but that should do the trick......Enjoy!!

If they are still warm, I would slide a knife along the outside edges, then turn them out onto waxed or parchment paper to cool.

Let cool then remove them with a stainless steel spatula...gently scraping them out.

put them in a warm oven to warm them just a little bit then cut and remove them with a metal spatula
