We are trying to come up with a good Irish girl's name to go with the middle name Faith. Any alternative spelling suggestions would also be appreciated!

I think that is a lovely name! It has a nice rhythm to it.
Other spellings for Kailen : Kaylyn,(Kayleen, Kaileena) Kalen,Kaylen, Kalan, Kaylan, Kaylenn, KaiLyn, KayLyn, etc. I think your spelling would be easier for her to write and she could have the nickname Kai, which is very pretty and slightly different.

It's fine. I think Kailen will kind of blend in with the Katie's, Caitlin's, and Jazlyn's. Plus, I don't like it with Kevin as a dad. Seems to close to me.

I think that that name is a beautiful name for a baby girl. My family is Irish and sometimes it is hard to find first names that go with our clearly - Irish last names, but Kailen Faith really works well.

Kailen Faith O'Shea sounds good. I googled Irish baby names, and think it might be a variation of Kaitlin or Katelyn, pronounced the same, and they mean "wholesome". The Irish spelling is Caitlin

Is O'Shea the last name? If not drop it. One middle name is enough. Kailen is a really cute name. It goes really cute with Faith! Great choice!!!

Names starting with K are very ordinary today. If you prefer this "sound" and want a real good Irish name, I suggest to use Caitlin. (Irish alphabet doesn't have "K")
