Im 13, on the 7th September i went on a diet at 5ft5 (67inches)and i weighed 128.2lbs (about 9.2/3stone) and now i am about 119/20lbs (8.7/8stone)

I watch a movie, or listen to a song for the entertainment value,,,As long as the "star" is not a child molester or worse, I could care less about his or her private life..It is none of my business..It's really too bad that "perspiring minds need to know".. sure makes for big money for the scandal rags and television shows on the subject...they don't get a dime of my money though...Anyway..just my thoughts this Sunday before Christmas...

MBIA has a Janurary 20 call that offers 14.8% Time Value and 15% Downside Protection. This seems to good to be true so it probably is. What must one look at when you find large Time Value in the current months calls. I am writing covered calls as an investment strategy.

Our cat has always been really well behaved. She instantly adapted to her litterbox as a kitten. In the past month she has decided to start peeing in our bedroom (on stuff, like if we leave a sweatshirt on the floor or something), and peed on our beanbag.

I've caught her two times recently, and scolded her and put her outside both times (one was today- the beanbag again). She also is relentlessly scratching our new couches, and won't give it up. Our other cat learned this wasn't acceptable within a week of when we got them (we would carry her to her scratching post and tell her to scratch that instead), but our younger one is still doing it.

She has been spending more time outside than usual- could that be a part of it?

She doesn't have any signs of a UTI so although I'm remaining cautious, I think this is just a behavioral issue.

She does this when her litter box is clean- it's not that either.

What should we do???

My daughter hit a car accidentally on the right from end side.
we decided, the other driver and myself, that i would take car of it out of pocket. he drove his car around a parking lot, backed up went side to side...and then left and went to work

He then calls and says it is the drive shaft bent and it will cost $500.00 to fix, so I tell him just take it in have it fixed and when you pick it up I will put the charges on my cc. He then says no, that will not work becauase he is just going to do it himself from parts from a junk yard equalling $400.00 and 100.00 for himself...so just give him $500.00 and we will call it even...the car is a 87-88 datsun wagon ...all primed gray and showing its age...should I just pay him and call it a day...or look into this farther as I feel he is attempting to extort money from me, rather than just be honest.
