My thing is women should appreciate their husbands. Most married women act all stuck like they are better than single women. Why do they get mad if another women sleeps with their husband. It is the wife fault and if she didn't do anything wrong she should have saw it coming

I am traveling to India and was wondering if power converters for American products really did work. I need to charge my digital camera battery, but don't know whether or not the power converter would actually work. Has anyone who has been to India know if the power converter will work for American products?

On the first night I met this guy I had a dream that he kissed my bestfriend. The second night I dreamed that he came to my house and I was majorly flirting with him.

Your thinking, "Well, obviously you like this guy!" I....sort of do, but not really, he's better off being my friend. I've known him now for like, three months, and I still keep having dreams about him, and he's the only person I dream about.

Usually these dreams have to do with him liking me or not liking me. And sometimes there just completely random.

A solid cube of radium is floating in deep space. Each edge of the cube is 1km in length. An astronaut is protected from its radiation if she remains at least 1km from the nearest spec of radium including the interior of the cube. What is the volume (in cubic km) of space that is forbidden to the astronaut?

We've concluded that:
-The shape can't be a sphere nor a cube
-The shape does not have vertices
-The corners are arced so that she remains exactly 1km from the radium
-The distance from arc to arc is 3km

We have some idea of what it looks like, but do not know how to calculate the volume. Any suggestions would be EXTREMELY helpful. :)

It felt as though you were really visiting with them. I lost my Mom to cancer in May of this year and I have had a few 'dreams' of her that seemed so real.

The first dream she didn't say anything, but I could understand telepathically. The second dream, she spoke to me, but in a very soft voice, as if it were hard for her to talk. Both were pleasant dreams. The last one to tell me that she loved me and to let me know that everything was going to be okay with me (in my life).

Last week I was invited to a Holiday Party at a neighbors house. It was cosponsored by the people next door who hate me and my wife. They refuse to speak to me after a problem with snow shoveling a few years ago. The bad neighbor went up and down the street and told everyone who would listen how terrible I was. She is a strong person because I noticed a real chill in my relationships with people on the street since then. So I have withdrawn from the social apect of the neighborhood, mind my own business and enjoy my own friends.

Well a new older couple moved into the street and did not get the memo about how terrible I am. She organized a street wide Holiday Party and started calling us every two days until we finally returned her call and said we would attend. Then I found that the bad people on the street were cosponsors, so I just did not attend. Now the friendly neighbor has called me twice to complain about standing her up at the party.

I should have told her I could not go.

Two miniature turtles rcd as gift just yesterday. I know of odds of them surviving is very low. They are in a plastic pond with rock for climbing in center. Currently eating turtle bites and are sitting in window receiving direct sunlight. After reading other questions and answers, I have stopped children from handling-did not know it was very stressful to turtles. I want to do everything possible so that they can have better chances of survival. Pls advise, of any addl information which would help them to live a long and happy life, thank you...

I have a 2002 Subaru Outback and just noticed one of the front brakes was grinding. Upon closer inspection, one of the pads was worn down and started grooving the rotor. When I replaced the pads (and the rotor) I found that only the inboard pads were both worn down to nothing, but the outboard pads were like new. I have less than 40,000 miles on the car, more than half of that are on the highway. Isn't this fast for this much wear? Why only one pad worn so much?

My wipers finally thawed out a couple days ago after being frozen in ice, but now both are working incorrectly. my drivers side sometimes works, but when it does it doesnt fully extend, or it overextends and flops over the side of my windshield. the passenger side only moves 2-3 inches. i have no idea what happened, i tried to use them once when they were frozen and my theory is that may have misaligned them or burned out the engine or something. they are thawed out and i cant see any obstructions and i have no problem manually moving them with my hands. this is a 2000 Grand Prix, the blades are fine. any ideas as to what might be wrong or how to fix them?

Who here has played the game Startropics?
I used to love that game. I still think it is a lot better than The Legend of Zelda for the NES. What's your favorite memory of the game? Mine had to be when I dipped the letter in water (at the time it was so cool, the game was telling me to do something in real life!), when Mike transformed into Michelle, and finally beating the game rescuing those aliens, and watching the end.
Also, when your friends started saying "Who is Mike Jones?" (in reference to the rapper) did any of you guys think "The kid from Startropics!" I know I did.
