My hubby is stubborn and has EVERYTHING!!! He usually buys the stuff he wants, and I am left clueless. Any suggestions?

Christmas gifts should show how much you care and that you gave thoughtful consideration to what they like. Most of us in a good financial position buy what we need (and want) but we still enjoy getting a thoughtful gift at Christmas.
The gift doesn't have to be a traditionally expensive gift. How about tickets to a sporting event or even the ballet if he is into it, a coupon for one car-detailing per month, a few days rental on a cabin or a golf resort, a membership to something he enjoys, a gift certificate for a monthly backrub or a combination of things.
