Yeah.....
Where you put that blank goofy smile on your face and nod your head when they shut up....
Peace.

I let my friend speak her mind but I never stop telling her she's wrong if she is, and I keep trying to explain real life to her no matter how hard headed she is. Later, she'll say, "you know, you were right" and I'll ask about what, but she's off again on another rant. I'll "waste" lot of time on my friends, if I think they're worth it.

LOL Yes! Sometimes I don't feel like wasting the brain power to explain it to them so I just let them ramble and shake my head.

Yes, alot. I used to try explaining, but they don't seem to understand. So I just let them speak now, unless it's something important that they really need to understand.

Yes like just today. My elderly mother she has what I call circumstantial Alzheimer's.
You know she remembers what she wants when she wants and forgets all the rest.

Yes sometimes. But what is wrong for me, might not be wrong for them, and I try to remember that.

Yes, but also just because I think it doesn't mean my ideas are right, either. Just opinions. And you know what they say about those...
