You just need to speed up the sound and/or pitch. Download Audacity from http://audacity.sourceforge.net/. It is free.

You have to seperate the voice from the song. This is easier if you have the master tracks. You then speed up the voice and then put it back into the song. You might have to splice the vocals up so they hit certain notes.

Any studio program should allow you to edit the vocals and the music. The original creator did it by using a karaoke version of the song, resinging the lyrics, speeding up the vocals and then putting them together on a master tape.

Its like this, you're taking a music you velocity it up, shop it like that when which sluggish it down, so it performs on the comparable velocity however the voice is extra like chipmunks, so certainly it purely feels like somebody else is making a music, its purely speeded up and down varied cases :)
