Example - a married couple, with two kids... the husband dies at age 45 from cancer. if you have no faith that the two lovers will meet again in heaven, than how can you deal with the fact that, that beautiful relationship is over, forever, and the wife has to live out her days without him, regardless if some day she finds another. Its just not fair.
This has happened to a friend of mines mother recently, and i cant help but worry that someday this has to happen to all of us. I cannot bring myself to believe in something just to make me feel better. So to all atheists, how do you, or would you deal with death like this?

What did you think that they would become when they grew up? You wonder why there are so many people on welfare and in gangs and doing drugs, dealing drugs and steeling what working people have worked for, driving insurances cost up. And even once you catch them now doing wrong, you put them in a jain and change nothing, they still have no schooling when they get out, what do you think they are going to do when they get out? Your law only temps children to give up as a option in life, even ones that do well in school !!!!!!!! Britny Spears should be in school and not twisting her *** on TV like a dumb ***.

My girls both have blankets that they'd have since they were born. My three year old calls hers "Nilla" I don't know how that started. My six year old calls hers "Gigi" because there is a little giraffe on hers, and thats how she said it when she was little [miss those days ;)]
What do your kids call hers?

I dream..i was somewhere...there was alot of people..maybe a mall can't really remember...then i dream that this little girl..was walking towards me but she was myguyfriends lil girl supposely in my dream...and we were both walking down the street to get to the house and then we saw myfriend and another guy and they walked behind us...so we get to this house...and i went to sit down with his little girl and we were drawing stuff on a paper..and me and her were leaning on each others heads...and we were just laughing..i was teaching her how to draw..so then my friend stayed at the table..and me and her went inside this semi truck...never been in one in real life lol so then we saw pictures like hung in the semi...and his little girl told me o..yeah thats my mom..she's like thats in the past the old pictures..and i said yeah..i assumed it was her..so then we walked out of the semi...then we went inside the house...and his little girl went to watch t.v. so i walk in a room and i saw my friend there..and there was a knife on the top counter..and i got scared..and i saw him grab it and go through a window and then he flew...away like really flying in the sky...like superman haha..so then i looked out the window and he was cutting flowers with a knife..and he came back and gave them to me lol..and i wasn't scared no more..and then i walk out of the house and i see alot of people sitting like if there were a celebration going on...tables etc..

Okay. So I liked this guy a long time ago, but then I didn't see him for a very long time. Out of sight, out of mind, right? But then he started dating my BEST best friend and I like him again.

I have to change out of my hockey gear in a very open area with the other coaches and players (I'm a coach). One of the other coaches, a guy in his early, early twenties loves to tease and make me mad (you know, they act much like High School boys). Anyway, when he took his shirt off to change it, his boxers showed. I told him to pull his pants up and he did it! It surprised me like you wouldn't believe. But, he did add the comment, "I think some girl needs to get her own locker room."

Just thought I would ask what this could imply. Thanks!

I was drinking my drink yesterday and this guy grabs it from me and gives me a sheepish look half smile. I told him he could have a sip, if he wanted. He also hugged me the first day he really met me. He went up and said, "Lizzie?" Me-"Yeah?" Him-"Hi." And when I went over to him with his friends he gave me a hug to give him food. He's also sort of touchy. Does this mean anything or is he just super friendly?

I have a 302 Windsor out of a 72 ford pickup truck with C4 trans. What should I expect in HP since its all been installed in a 1965 Mercury Comet Caliente. I know the 302 has high torque since it comes from a Truck.
