I was drinking my drink yesterday and this guy grabs it from me and gives me a sheepish look half smile. I told him he could have a sip, if he wanted. He also hugged me the first day he really met me. He went up and said, "Lizzie?" Me-"Yeah?" Him-"Hi." And when I went over to him with his friends he gave me a hug to give him food. He's also sort of touchy. Does this mean anything or is he just super friendly?

Observe how he is with other women. If he's friendlier and "touchier" with you, then he probably is interested. Without having that comparison, all I can tell you for sure is that he at least "likes" you, and doesn't find you repulsive.
Just a word of caution: some guys who are very quick to act as though they are close to you, or who pursue you agressively, can be the type who "like the chase", but don't care for the prize. They like the ego boost they get when girls become infatuated with them, and very confident guys have a knack for roping em' in. I'm not saying he's like that; just be careful if you don't want to get your heart broken.

Well I am sure he likes you or he would not go out of his way like that. but... I really think right now he is just being super friendly and if he really does like you then I am sure he will get around to asking you out. Until that time I would just consider him a friend that is friendly.

both... guys can be so deceiving. they do things in purpose. for him, its either he's a touchy friend or maybe he's sending you a bait and waiting for you to bite. men are vultures haha!

well idk, it could mean that, i have a really good friend who is really touchy feely with me and hugs me all the time and i sit on his lap and stuff like that, but im kinda trying to figure that out too, i would say that he prolly likes you
