The computer looks OK, but there are two things to take into account:

1 GB of RAM was enough on Windows XP, but under Windows VISTA you should go for 2 GB. Memory upgrades are usually very cheap (not necessarily from Dell, but 2 GB of quality memory can be had for around $40 at Fry's etc.). Or order the PC with Windows XP and the 1 GB of RAM will be fine. The memory upgrade on the Dell Website is WAY overpriced!!!

The NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE is a VERY slow video card. Since the PC comes with a PCIe x16 slot, you can always upgrade to a better card later though. $80 - 120 buys you a very decent video card for your size monitor later. Check the list below for good choices. The upgrades on the Dell Website (ATI HD 2400 Pro or XT) are overpriced and underpowered in my opinion.

WoW hardware recommendations:

* Intel Pentium® IV 1.5 GHz or AMD XP 1500+ MHz
* 1024 MB RAM
* 64 MB 3D graphics card with Hardware Transform and Lighting, such as NVIDIA® GeForce™ FX 5700 class card or above
* Broadband Internet connection
* Two-button scroll-wheel mouse

Nope, but an ATI HD 2600XT or Geforce 8600GT graphics card would do wonders to that PC especially if you increase RAM to 2Gb.

The 6150 is slow integrated graphics that share from system RAM. Remaining RAM will be too tight for Vista.

You can run it but it will lag quite bad, vista needs 512Mb of your ram to operate and that leaves you with 512Mb for WoW. The video-card is integrated so you'll be eating off your ram as well, so basically you'll have to share between WoW, video-card and Vista with only 1Gb of ram. If you add another 1Gb of ram to this system you can play WoW on low settings until you upgrade the video-card.

oh yeah it is, just not gonna be able to optimize much on the graphics card, but it will play for sure.
