nowadays i see tons of my schoolmates (high school) donating just because of extra credit, and volunteering because they are FORCED to and helping out JUST because it looks good on a college application..
i thought the point of volunteering/donating was to help the world as much as possible not just using it to get into school?
what happened to people and their priorities?

I quit smoking five days ago and I still get cravings just not as bad Igues.Well thing is New Years Eve is coming up and I Know that when I get drunk I'm probably going to smoke.I know that your just gonna say don't drink.Well thing is one of my friends who just turned 21 is flying across the country to se me and we've been planning this for like a year.And she smokes a **** load.So I guess I'm asking if I should just throw int the towel now and try again after the new year or if there's anything else I can do Without being miserable all night.

I posted another question smilar to this earlier and I'm just looking for some more answers.

One more thing I keep reading about people waning a cig still after like two years of quitting WTF! this is distressing,Does it ever really go away.or am I doomed to a , yes healthier, but unhappy annoying life?,

i havent gotten any calls from my friends wishing me a happy bday.
i dont expect gifts
i just wanted a call from them.
theyre my BEST friends.
none of them called.

we have been going out for 4 months, and his ex gf just came back 2 work in october, and she was gone 2 rehab after the broke up in May. We all work 2gether, n he started this whole drama, n he got in troubel at work about her, but he says he hates her! Im not worried about her, bc she doesnt call him or anything and he doesnt call her thank god which im sure is due to teh fact that he is stubborn. But lately ive been noticing him staring at her at work. He doesn't think i know but my friend told me, n now i have been noticing. I don't think it does because there is more to life that just money.I believe that each person has mind ,bady and soul.There is nothing that can fill the void in a human except God.Some people try to fill it with drugs,sex,alchogol but it doesn't work.What do you think?

I just bought a 1985 Oldsmobile 442. It is one of 3,000 produced in 1985. I checked the VIN and RPO codes and it is a genuine 442. I also found out that there were very few produced in white with a blue interior, like mine. The drivetrain is a 455 out of a 1970 442, so it's not numbers matching. How much is it worth?

I am doing more research on suggested websites..but i need more opinions still..thankyou..and DO NOT! post a comment if u havent had personal experiance with iguanas or if u havent owned one. And do not make a comment about the cage in the background of one of the pictures..that is my cockatiels cage! my iguana has a tank! not a bird cage. Some info on my ig. I got it 2 weeks ago. I feed it collard greens, mustard greens, kale, banana, and veggies. I bath it twice daily. and i think part of the reason that it was brown was before its tank was on the floor and my dog would sit by it and im sure it would stress it out so 2 days ago i placed its tank up on my dreeser so now my dog doesnt notice it and my dog is barely in the room anymore. also i use a 100 watt red light now during the day and no lamp at night. and i also use a uvb 5.0 flourecent lamp. 12 hours each day. also please tell me if the brown on it could be buns..i used to use a 150 watt like 2 days ago but i switched 2 the 100.
