we have been going out for 4 months, and his ex gf just came back 2 work in october, and she was gone 2 rehab after the broke up in May. We all work 2gether, n he started this whole drama, n he got in troubel at work about her, but he says he hates her! Im not worried about her, bc she doesnt call him or anything and he doesnt call her thank god which im sure is due to teh fact that he is stubborn. But lately ive been noticing him staring at her at work. He doesn't think i know but my friend told me, n now i have been noticing. they broke up bc he called her friend which happened to be a sl*t at 5am when they were already on a break, he was really drunk & doenst even remember doing it and asked 2 hang out with her for "60 seconds", and she called and cursed him out never to talk 2 her again. Also, she was in rehab for oxys

He's probably got alot of mixed up feelings for her.
I'm guessing he misses the way she was when they started dating, and that he is just interested in how her life is going.
Confront him about it. Also, keep an eye on him.
I'm sure it's just a whole bunch of mixed up emotions.

Workplace relationships are NOT a great idea. Also, the fact that his ex also works with you guys is pretty bad. If you're npot careful all of you will be fired.

Maybe he wants to get together with her but is in denial at the same time. Talk to him about it. Or maybe it's just because he hates her but wants to see what she's doing. I do that all the time to my enemy. =)

i think the only reason he is staring at her is because he still likes her and cant get away from the feelings that he feel for her.because if somone is staring at another person that means that that person like that other person.
