i need a high qualty photo editing program BESIDES PAINT. is there one that comes with my computer. it is a windows xp, dell. or one that is free that i can download. i need one that is fairly easy to use. (im not smart with computers) LOL :) thanks!

One of my favorite front men of all time, not many can even hold a candle to Joe's stage presence and energy. You could hear as well as see that his heart was in his music, up all the way through his last performance, face showing genuine emotion, vocals rough, gritty, and energetic, knee jerking to the beat, no performer really sold the performance like Joe and the world was a better place to have him. And even though no one tries to say he was perfect, we all know he had his faults but so does everyone else on the planet, and they're very easy to overlook in light of the rest of his life.

He died exactly 5 years ago today and I, and I know many others, sorely miss him and will always remember him as described above.

I really like singing, especially in public (I am not bad, I take vocal lessons too), and yesterday I was singing songs about Christmas and America while waiting to be picked up from school. First I am singing "God Bless America" and a younger girl comes up and starts harrassing me and my friend. Later, I am singing "Holly Jolly Christmas" and when I am done, another girl walks past and says to me "I'm a Jew" with the most hateful look in her eyes. (I thought they were all about peace!) I am not really religious (I just celebrate widely celebrated holidays).

Would it be okay to shout profanities when they do this?

If a man and woman marry but she has a child already (who she is the primary caregiver for) and wants to change the childs last name to her new husbands does the childs real father have to agree? Or does she just switch it over? And if her new husband wants to adopt the step child as his own is that only possible if the real dad relinquishes his rights as the dad?

I'm writing a book with a girl and her older brother and need name ideas for both of them. The girl has fire red hair and golden eyes, and her brother black hair and gold eye's too, both are relitivly short. the brother is a nice guy, you know, the kind you wouldn't mind bring to your perents. he's the protecting role. or should I say Christians, balance the beliefs of human rights and the Christian way of life? There are just some things that I think people have the right to do, like gay relations, but don't agree with God's word. The Bible was written by humans afterall, and one of the disiples were sexist, so how can we completely trust that what they say happened, actually happened? And what about all the stuff that was supposed to be in the Bible but the Romans decided not to put it in there? These Biblical myths that most Christians refuse to believe, make more sense to me in the end. They fill in a lot of the blanks. Just os everyone knows, I'm not asking this to be ignorant, I really do want to know. I'm trying so hard to understand, but the gaps keep screaming at me, I need more (and better) answers. I truely want the truth. Gee, maybe I should take Bible study classes at my college.
