i need a high qualty photo editing program BESIDES PAINT. is there one that comes with my computer. it is a windows xp, dell. or one that is free that i can download. i need one that is fairly easy to use. (im not smart with computers) LOL :) thanks!

Kodak easy share will be the best one, it will do most basic editing! There are no free photo editing tools that are professional quality! if your willing to pay for it the best one is Adobe Photoshop! but its really expensive!

The best one is Adobe Photoshop, but you have to pay. BUT ITS REALLY GOOD! On the other hand, you can download the following for free:
Picasa 2
Photofiltre
GIMP
Kodak Easyshare
They are all very easy to use. I recommend photoshop. Second choice would be photofiltre, then picasa 2, then kodak, then GIMP.

Check through your cd's. I have a free one that came with my scanner. It's old and simple but I love it.
If you don't have any, go to http://filehippo.com and browse through the freebies there. I believe they are all trials that can only be used for 2 weeks at a time, but the price is right.

I would just go to www.makemypictureperfect.com do all the editing for you! They do a great job, and the pictures will look amazing!!!

Try FxFoto you will be surprised what you can do with it . It was recommended by Telecom New Zealand, and it is free.
