3. Drive along Pacific Coast Hwy and enjoy the nice beach views.
4. Channel Islands National Park.
5. Lompoc flower field.
6. Little Denmark (Solvang,CA)
You'll have a great time over there.

What do you enjoy doing? The bike path along Ventura Beach or in Santa Barbara is nice to ride along.
Take a whale watching tour for a day.
Take a boat out to the Channel Islands - great hiking, amazing views and wildlife. It is a place few visitors every make it too.
Check if there are any events at the Ventura County Fairgrounds.
Rent a motorcycle and cruise the canyon roads off highway one heading north.

There is a fair amount to do in Santa Barbara both in town and around the mission and along the beach & pier and drive or bike over to Montecito as well (take the road that goes around the zoo). Driving down the coast is the nice town of Ventura (also with a mission) and a retro-chic down town. In Malibu you can walk the beach, hike the trails & do nothing quite nicely.
