I am waiting for my 2nd baby to come along the first was stubborn ( and still is) and she only came out after induction WHICH WAS AWFUL i am now 36 weeks and really hoping to avoid the same situation so was just wondering if anybodys first baby was late how long did u have to wait for the second thank you

my company christmas potluck is tomorrow. i only have one crock pot, and we dont have an oven at work. I have a george foreman grill, too. What can I make to feed 10 people (half of them men) all day long that is inexpensive, homecooked and creative? I need to be able to keep it warm/cold all day. Hi, I go to a lot of small get togethers, and enjoy having a glass of wine with my friends and family, however I am not a drinker and weigh less than 100 pounds. Hello,

I had my bank account restrained by a debt collector erroneously. They went to court and got a judgement against me, and from that point on I lost my account (late September). I contacted my lawyer, and from that point on (early October) he was going back and forth with the collection lawyers. My lawyer went to court this month (December) and got a order to vacate the judgement. Yesterday (12/19) I recieved a letter from my employer stating that the city Marshal is going to garnish my wages within 20 days of the date of the letter. It looks like on 11/12 the debt collectors sent my account for garnishment, which falls between the time my lawyer was in contact (via phone and fax) with the debt lawyers. Were they allowed to do that?

my car was Impounded because of a suspended licesnce..I didnt know my licesnce was still suspended. I didnt know I had to go to the dmv and have it reinstated that was the problem. I want to file an appeal with the sheriffs dept. that took it, because we just dont have the money to get it out. this suspention was from like 3 years ago and I thought it was all taken care of, and it was except I didnt reinstate it with the dmv. what do you think my chances are of winning an appeal?
