How can i quit eating my boogers? Butters says I shouldn't because boogers are good. Should I believe him and keep eating them or quit cold turkey?

Substitute a different habit for the booger habit. Instead of eating nose candy, try chocolate or something.

boogers? those thing? how did you manage to eat them? if you were doing it from the day you were born you can never stop it yourself, you need some pro help, except for nailbiting whats starts around 7 - 9 years, after 3 years you get contious of what you are doing (biting pieces of bone off)

Hang out with people more. Assuming you find it embaressing to eat boogers, the more you spend time with other people, the less you will eat boogers.


Maybe wear gloves?

boogers huh. well if you really want to quit put really hot sauce on your picking finger, so next time you go in for a meal you will feel the sting of the sauce. it also takes about 22 days of doing this to acually quit.

I damage the habit... now and again I basically provide up doing the most uncomplicated products... i will go away Y!A from in some unspecified time sooner or later to a special, i will provide up ingesting meat from in some unspecified time sooner or later to a special. my habit are basically a remember of time and stipulations...

There is nothing wrong with booger eating, unless you live in a very polluted city, or work at a chemical factory.

I'll answer this as if I really thought it was a serious question.

Keep a rubber-band on your wrist, and whenever you notice yourself eating them, pull it. This will eventually make the pain connected to the habit, and you will eventually stop.

Don't eat them.

all you have to do is stop for two weeks and the habit is gone.. also try coating your fingers w/ hot sauce that way everytime you get one you will hate it.. just stop for 2 weeks and the habit will go away and tell youselve how mmuch better life will be w/out the habbit.
