I recently got pulled over for the first time for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. When he asked about my driving record I replied it is clean. He took my license, registration and insurance back to the car and came back and said "i gave you a warning," but he did not hand me a peice of paper noting this warning. So I assume this was a verbal warning. But if I get pulled over again and asked how my driving record is, do I note the warning, or do I tell him it is still clean?
