if i wanted to remove an old stomp pad and put a new one on my board-- what is the best way of going about doing it so that my board doesn't get messed up in any way!?

I would warm it up with a blow dryer and slowly peel it from the edge - I wouldn't use and chemicals or tools if possible to prevent damage. Remember that snowboards are resin based finishes on the top sheet and chemicals may soften and damage it.

Goo be gone. It's an natural based oil that delutes the glue. It's great for removing stickers, crayon, or anything. It comes in a spray or squirt bottle form. Just use a little cause it goes a long way.

Warm it up first than slowly peel. It might take awhile but it is better than wreaking your board.
