I've been in inter-racial relationships since I was 15 yrs old. My mother is from the Philippines and my father is caucasian. My half brothers that I was very close to have disowned me and I have not been able to be a part of my family since 2003. Holidays really hurt because I miss them so. My Daddy doesn't like it, but he loves me and has spent time with him and grown to like him. My mother will not meet him! Anyway, guess the question is, will they ever come around? I miss them, I have not seen them for so long!

BTW, I've been on my own for five years now. I left home because of some abuse issues by my Father. I'm a grown woman! I pay my own bills and I don't ask for help from them! I just want their love!

Well yourt dad has spent time with him and has grown to like him so that's a plus for your fiancee.Your mother being from the PI married a caucasian who accepted her, again your father does not have a hang up with other races.Your mother and the rest of your siblings are displaying some prejudice attitude toward your fiancee from i can tell is probably based solely on skin color not on character.But if one day you ever get rich they will come begging.

I think in time they will except you into their lives again... It may take something bad happening to a love one or lets hope just good old fashion love for you will make their hearts soft ... Im a mother of two girls [18-15]and my husband died last christmas and let me tell you I would not judge my daughters I would love them and who evers in the love circle because LIFE IS TO DARN SHORT,, good luck and god bless you and always show your family you still love them and never lower yourself to their level only you can show them true love

how can you be sooo bad against your own family...dump whoever your with and go back to your family after all they are the ones that will be there for you...i would disown you if you were my daughter....u know how hard it is for your family to see their daughter/sister sleeping with a guy or whatever just being with him when she is only 15 years old...plus the guy is not the same race as you...
