2. for my test results to be free of ovarian cancer
3. and to be able to start a new job that I am applying for.

You have to be very careful with wishes! If we were all to be granted three wishes that would actually manifest, chaos would result, with everyone's wishes conflicting with each other! But, you asked the question, so here are my controversial three wishes:
1) Immortality in the flesh for everyone past or present;
2) Eternal youth for all with reparations for physical imperfections;
3) Cosmic balance so that the Universe endures in negative entropy forever.

I would ask that I was a best selling author with all my books made into quality films. I would ask to have my own special place in which I could go to whenever and nobody knew it was there, like my own world, with whatever I wanted in it and where ever I wanted in it, as in any place in the world. For my last wish, I would ask to have a beautiful, talented, kind, nice, down to earth actress whos name I will not mention right now as my wife and two lovely children, one a boy and one a girl, who names would be Zack and Jessica.
