Maybe it's already out there somehow, but here's my idea:
I've tried "ankle strap weights" but they don't fit and don't work. Somehow to use dumbbells (safely) on your knees or ankles...
(there is one exercise which involves positioning yourself like a cat, and squeezing a dumbbell between your knee and raising it, but that only does so many muscles)
...you have to somehow get an adjustable Velcro strip to fit, then some sort of cusion/pillow then be able to strap a dumbbell on it.
ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS IF THIS EXISTS ALREADY, IF NOT, ANY IDEAS FOR A HOMEMADE 'SYSTEM' LIKE THIS?:)
