No. If you went to get an abortion, you wouldn't have cared whether the heart was beating or not. It's not like they're misleading you in any way. You wanted a service done, they performed the service.

If you were there to get an abortion then whether the baby's heart was beating or not is irrelevant. You were there for an abortion. Planned Parenthood does not do sonograms & if they used a doppler for a heartbeat, it's their place to refer you to a Dr. for follow up. I find it hard to believe that they would tell you the baby didn't have a heartbeat & then say "lets get it out right now".

If your fetus' (not baby!) heart was not beating, then the procedure was not an abortion.
Of course you could have left it in there to rot or something I guess.
If you had an actual abortion, and now you have remorse, then I suggest therapeutic counseling, not legal counseling.

Why were you at Planned Parenthood to begin with? Did you sign the papers consenting to an abortion? Do you have any proof of what they said? Can you prove that what they said was not true? Would any of this have altered your decision to have the abortion -- afterall you went there in the first place before any of this happened.....

KJA63 said it best. It seems you need some counseling. It's normal to have guilty feelings after such a difficult decision. Your going through some turmoil and before you contact a lawyer seek help.

Probably. For the costs of the abortion and for pain and suffering. But are you sure that they lied?

You wanted to have an abortion, got it, and now you want to sue for them giving you said abortion?
You probably shouldn't be having kids.

You can sue anyone for anything. But how would you prove that? And what motive would a doctor or nurse have had for lying to you?

f*** yes.
but it would cost alot of money. If it is hurting you and you look into it and you either dont have the money or time to do it or no way of proving it, then there are counselors at church and google it, im sure there's websites for this kind of stuff. That would help tremendously :)

You can sue anybody, but your chances of winning would be negligible.
Only a licesnsed lawyer can give legal advise. I am not a lawyer.
