NO -- it somewhat is your criminal call except U % to alter it. an excellent form of ladies save their married names through fact they have little ones at school, and that's less demanding on the youngsters that way. If U like your married call then save it. some places make U pay a value to get your maiden call decrease back, which i think of is quite unfair, yet that's what this international has come to.

Yup. My friend's mother still had the same last name and they divorced 15 years ago. I didn't know what to call her because she wasn't Mrs. anymore, but she never changed her name back.

Yes you can. I got married so we would all have the same surname. To change back after divorce would defeat the object. Plus it's great to introduce yourself as Mrs .... when your ex is stood there with his new girlfriend.

Yes you can. Demi Moore, He first husband last name was Moore. Also Faith Hill did too. But it is not hard to change eveything. I would only keep his name if I had children.

If you want to keep it, of course you can. When you took his last name, it became your legal name. It will require you going back to court to change your name again.

In my experience, it is harder to get your old name back than to keep his. If you really hate the guy, get rid of his name, but otherwise, let it go. Deal with it how ever it is easier for you.

Yes you can and it's a lot easier if you do. If you go back to your former (maiden) name then you have to change it on all your accounts, drivers license, insurance, etc.
