You can find the icing in tubes in the baking aisle of any grocery store, near the premade cake icing.......It's called gel icing and is specifically made for that purpose......Enjoy!!

To get icing to spread like that you would have to make it.
Store bought frosting does not thin out like that.
Make it with powdered sugar, water and a little bit of milk.
The food coloring will make it a little more thin.
The tubes of icing might be easier for the decor on the top of the cookies!

Seems like a pretty simple icing recipe so I would make it yourself. The store bought pre made stuff is much thicker and won't have the same thin consistency needed to achieve the final result you are looking for.

The icing in the picture looks like it was homemade with icing sugar. I suggest looking up icing recipes.

Honey, all that icing is made of is powdered sugar and water or milk. Add a few drops of water or milk to a cup of powdered sugar and stir it up. You might need more liquid or more powdered sugar to get the consistency you want.
Then add a small drop of food coloring and stir it up again to get the colors you want.

CUTE COOKIES!!! You can buy premade icing and then just add a little bit of red food coloring in to make it pink, but making it yourself it I would like better because you can make it thinner.

You can't buy it in those shapes, no. But you can buy vanilla frosting and pink food coloring or you can just go buy some pink frosting, and red decorative trim. But you will have to ice them yourself. Its not as hard as it looks as long as you realize it doesn't have to be perfect.
