I bought a house w/ my sister early this year - we bought everything 50/50. We lived together alone until she got married just a few months ago and I want to move out and get my own place since they're newlyweds. The market is bad right now so we're struggling to 'refinance' for what we bought the house for (the plan was they would refinance under their name and I'd be off the mortg). In short, I would just like to transfer my 1/2 of the mortgage resp to her new hubby who already lives there. I would also transfer the title. I just want to be off the house responsibility and move out. Any ideas how this can be done with 1/2 mortgage in my name? Can I transfer 1/3 my mortgage responsibility to her new hubby?

My mother thinks that if you follow the trends, you are normal. && that if you wear other kinds of clothes that arent a trend[goths, emos, gangster clothes] your weird.

I'd rather wear what I want to wear. Im not going to chase after the latest trends, wear the bullshyt, and call myself normal. I'd risk being a clone than not having my own style.

okay i am giving my girlfriend a puppy for christmas (ive already okayed it with her parents they have raised two other pups and still have them both and are VERY responsible so im not worried about the responsablity part) any ways i have a problem, i want to give it to her on christmas or christmas eve but it wont be ready until new years so i was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to hold her over till its ready to be seperated from its mom?

I want to make a pasta dish that I had in a restaurant, but I can't remember what it was called. The restaurant had a station where you were able to choose what you wanted in your pasta (shrimp, vegetables, etc.) and they sauteed it all together in a light sauce. I am not talking about when a young person dies, but when an old person dies. Especially when they are in their 70s-90s. Some people are just distraught that their loved one died. As if they were going to live forever. I can understand crying or knowing that you are going to miss them, but to act shocked and dismayed is silly.

I say move over, you had your chance at this world, it is someone else's turn.

i made a program on my calculator for energy of a photon, because typing in 3 *10^8 and 6.63*10^-34 every second didn't seem very fun. but idk if its exactly right...so i want to check it here. what would the energy of a photon in joules be if it had a wavelength of 6*10^-7. i get 3.315 ^-19. doesnt seem right to me...seems to small.
