And tell us your worst "I got whooped/smacked story". What'd you do to get it?

Do you think it's a 'bad' thing? Should it be outlawed?

(I'm not talking straight-up abuse w/ foreign objects & fists. Just the garden variety "You F'ed Up" slap/smack on the a.ss)

State your age too. I'm damn curious to know if it's becoming a generational thing. (ie: I'd guess that far fewer if Any people under say, 25 will say yes to this)

i got arranged married to a man from pakistan when i was 18 (2 yrs ago). i am from US i didn't fite my parents about it cuz i went into it like ok maybe it will be for good since i was crazy girl party and goofy etc. so first i fought my parents in pakistan cuz they wanted to marry me to a older guy and i wanted to get married to him i saw hiss picture and thought hey atleast he is good looking. my parents wanted me to marry well to do family but i still said i want him. he appreciated this for six months after coming to us. then he had to move to another city for job and started acting sooo distant i cried practically for a year. lost weight looked stressed all the time. i gave him my heart and he would not care about what i want in bed just push me in a weird way to suck his dik and if i say sumthng wouldn't tlak to me.if ask him why he is treating me like this he wouldn't talk, then i started feeling dreaming that he is doing sumthing behind my back, when i was pregnant he didn..

I had a recruiter tell me that you can just join ad for EX. if you wana be a psychiatrist. you can be a military psychiatrist you can earn you're psychiatry degree in the army while geting paid to be one..he also said that aplies to a number of tingas such as buisness.which i would like to do and if the army can help me i would definetly join. I have nothing against war its neccasary i know this.. but i think the army has great benifets and stuff i am 17 btw i just DONT want to fight

Before I read about it on this forum, I had no idea it was comming. I watched the advert, and on the grounds of what I saw (Kids fantasy film-very potterlike) I decided I would not be seeing it. Not a religous decision. Now however since I have read arguments against it(daily) I feel like I have to see it.

Do people, by making a fuss of this film actually promote it beyond the powers almost any markting team?

See i am trying to upgrade my desktop, its a compaq. I used CPUZ, it told me i have 2 slots of 512 MB RAM, they are both Pc2-5300 333Mhz, then i went online to check newegg.com, i can only find Pc2-5300 667 Mhz, I couldnt find any 333Mhz ones.
Will i be able to use the 667 one? I am trying to take one 512 mb out, and put a 1G one in so i have 1.5 G.

I have puffing gums, and my dentist said i need to floss more. But another dentist said it's not about flossing, but its about brushing at the right angle. My gums are very swollen and do not bleed that much when I brush, nor do they hurt. I also have braces. I brush for a long time (Over 5 minutes each brush time which is 2 times a day) and I brush my gums. I use mouthwash, but I do not floss very often. I also have braces. Please tell me what this is called and how I can solve it.

Ive watched nhl hockey for about 12 years so I've seen many things change over time, but around 1998-2000 it seemed every goal was reviewed for somebodies foot being in the crease. That's when they were changing the crease size every year. Suddenly over the past years it has stopped and I've seen no reviewed goals for this even though it still happens all the time. I watch every Red Wing hockey game and HNIC and this rule has just seemed to disappear and there is never any mention of it like it never happened. BUT IT DID! so what happened? Is this another GB flop?
