We still have Turkey left and are getting tired of eating it.
Is it too late to just freeze it and have it at a later time, but still be safe?

I wouldn't trust it, throw it out... it's better to be safe than sorry. Besides you are supposed to throw away any left overs after four days anyways.

I think it's definitely too late! For the most safety, you should have frozen some of it right away, or the day after. I would throw it out and do the freezer thing next time :)

It's still safe but get it in the freezer today. Put it in meal packages first so you don't thaw out 5 days worth when you decide to eat it.

If it is under 32 degrees it will freeze!
Be Sure to Bring it back up to 175

if you properly cooled it and your still eating it and haven't died just make a turkey a la king, cooking it again.. then cool it properly then freeze it.. its fine... or make turkey meat balls, or turkey stuffing or anything else you can think of.. but when you open it again make sure to sniff it and if its bad you will know..then throw out if its bad..

have fun

You should plan all this stuff before Thanksgiving! If indeed that's when you had it. I would not eat it after all this time, as poultry is notorious for causing food poisoning.
