Here's a link to the Sanrio / Hello Kitty store locator. (FYI: I did see on one website that "Kitty World" is now closed. Make sure you call before you go to the stores.)

There are no large, Hello Kitty only stores in the Boston area. Yes, I am disappointed too. But, you can find some stuff at places like AC Moore (craft supply store with a Hello Kitty display). They won't have kitty-themed toasters and such, but they will have stickers, pocketbooks and small things.
